What a Junior Account Manager Will Be Working on

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost product sales and revenue
• Create marketing collateral, such as datasheets and sales presentations, for new product launches and ongoing sales efforts
• Help implement marketing strategies to enhance product adoption and cross-selling
• Generate and update content for external websites, including product information and customer success stories
• Assist in the design and execution of customer loyalty and referral programs
• Work with product, IT, and customer service teams to align on product strategy and ensure smooth execution
• Contribute to competitive analysis and market research to understand trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Facilitate the collection of feedback from key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to inform product strategy
