The Junior Account Manager we are looking for is a motivated individual ready to make an impact and deliver exceptional customer services.
What you’ll do as our Junior Account Manager
- The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for responding to inquiries and coordinating solutions with internal teams for clients ensuring customer service excellence at all times
- Ensure clients information in the CRM system is accurate and up to date.
- The Junior account manager will be responsible for handling client requests, resolving basic issues and ensuring complex matters are escalated to senior team members where needed ensuring customer service excellence at all times.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to account management
- Will facilitate communication between the client and internal teams including sales and marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, always keeping customer service at the heart of your work.
- The Junior Account Manager will identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service experience.
- The Junior account manager will attend client meetings with senior managers and action items assigned to them accordingly.
- Actively participate in training programs and work towards achieving account management goals set.
What we are looking for in our Junior Account Manager
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
- Qualification in Business /Management / Sales will be an added advantage
- Growth mindset and proactive approach to customer service
- Must be familiar with CRM tools
- Open to collaboration
