The Client Experience Associate Role


As a Client Experience Associate, you will be the direct point of contact for customers. You will help them understand Verizon products, answer questions, and resolve issues. Your responsibilities involve:


  • Client Interaction and Support. You will be our frontline contact for client’s inquiry, answering them in a timely manner, ensuring a positive and personalized experience in every interaction.
  • Relationship Building. You are responsible for developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with clients to cultivate trust and long-term engagement.
  • Issue Resolution. You’ll identify client concerns and provide effective, solution-oriented resolutions, following up with them to make sure they’re satisfied with our support.
  • Product & Service Guidance. As a Client Experience Associate, you will be educating clients on products, services, and available solutions while recommending options based on each needs and preferences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support client needs.
  • Brand Representation. You will uphold our company values and service standards at all times through representing a professional and client-focused image.
  • Documentation. You will gather client feedback to improve our processes while maintaining accurate records and transaction tracking using CRM systems.

The Qualifications for the Client Experience Associate Role


  • The Client Experience Associate role requires no professional experience but applicants with background in any customer facing roles are welcome. 
  • Ability to use computer systems or basic understanding of modern technology.
