As an Junior Account Development Associate , you’ll be the friendly face customers meet when exploring new Frontier services or upgrading their current plans.
Your focus will be on understanding each customer’s needs, recommending the right solutions, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling confident and informed.

Junior Account Development Associate Key Position Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers in assigned territories to share information about Frontier’s services.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that fit.
• Provide clear, honest answers to customer questions about pricing, features, and options.
• Support customers in completing new service sign-ups or upgrades.
• Consistently work toward personal and team performance goals.
• Meet or exceed performance goals.

The Ideal Junior Account Development Associate Has:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated and eager to take on challenges.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
