The Junior Account Coordinator will manage account details, reinforce sales accuracy, and guide customers through smartphone and data plan choices with a professional, friendly sales approach.

As an Entry Level Account Coordinator , you help customers organize and maintain their AT&T mobile accounts, answering questions, coordinating plan changes, and offering professional guidance. The Entry Level Account Coordinator’s hands-on support encourages sales and strengthens ongoing account relationships.

Role Requirements for a Junior Account Coordinator

• Chat with Fort Myers customers to present the latest AT&T smartphones and data plans that fit their specific mobile account needs.
• Support senior Account Coordinators by preparing the account documentation and plan comparison guides required for a successful sale.
• Coordinate follow-ups to confirm satisfaction with their new AT&T device and highlight relevant account upgrades or protection plans.
• Maintain precise records of all sales activity and customer preferences to keep our Lee County account management organized and professional.
• Provide a welcoming presence during sales visits by explaining the simple, everyday benefits of AT&T's premier wireless sales offers.
• Emphasize the value of a connected life by showing how 5G coverage and mobile account security fit perfectly into a customer’s daily routine.

Qualities of a Junior Account Coordinator

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in account coordination or sales is a bonus, but not required.
• Stays organized when managing multiple account updates and sales follow‑through.
• Listens actively to match customers with the right mobile solution.
