An exciting opportunity awaits in beautiful Boca Raton, FL for a Jr. Project Manager position with a premier design-build general contractor specializing in municipal water and wastewater treatment projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Jr. Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction
- Proven ability to manage full lifecycle of $10M+ municipal wastewater projects, including concrete, piping, and mechanical/electrical installation
- Oversee project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure milestones are achieved
- Lead estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site execution of water tank and wastewater treatment projects
- Work closely with engineers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance
- Strong field knowledge of construction sequencing, safety, and quality control in W/WW projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Environmental Engineering preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
