Journeyman Welder/Fabricator

Job Purpose: Assemble, fabricate, weld, diagnose and repair large automated equipment

Duties:
* Assemble, Weld & Fabricate large automated manufacturing equipment by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.

* Diagnose and Repair equipment

* Read and Interpret blueprint schematics

* Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies.

* Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* Experience in Hydraulic Systems/Repair and Electrical Systems/Repair desired.

* Ability to travel for short term installations around the contiguous U.S.

Skills/Qualifications:
Proficient in Welding & Fabrication, Technical Understanding, Strong mechanical aptitude, Basic Safety, Power Tools, Attention to Detail, Flexibility, ability to travel several times per year, Supervisor/Management experience, Job Knowledge, Productivity, Reliable transportation, ability to perform physical labor, positive attitude
