Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Inspect plumbing systems, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and meet all building codes and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining plumbing issues and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
