Journeyman Lineman

-Sucessful completion of a reputable lineman apprenticeship
-Clean driving record with class A CDL endorsement
-Firm understanding of PPE use and requirements
-Firm understanding of LOTTO and energy release control measures
-Ability to work for a United States employer
-Able to work and produce in a team enviroment
-Work in any weather condition as required
-Willing to work overtime as required
-Willing to work in remote locations or on the road for periods of time.
-Basic mechanical knowledge is desired
-Maintain clean driving record acceptable to company insurance requirements
-Safely work at heights and underground jobsites
-Comply with and enforce company policy, employee hand book, OSHA, company safety manual and custmer safety compliance
-Train Apprentice Lineman to become sucessful and skilled Journeyman Lineman able to safely work on energized equipment
-Preform daily vehicle and equipment inspections
-Maintain a clean and organized work site
-Increase job safety, job transparency and company bottom line at all times
-Posess and maintain basic hand tools including pole climbing gear
-Problem solve under pressure
The purpose of this job position is safely build and maintain medium and high voltage power lines in a manner that generatess a high quality product delivered on time to exceed customer and company expectations. The sucessful canidates will be an example to others in the field, willing to train apprentice lineman while be in training to advance into a Foreman position if so desired.
