Overview
We are hosting a Job Fair to recruit dedicated Food Service Workers in the Eatonton area. This event is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food service. The Ideal candidates should be available to work both first and/or second shift. If you believe you would be a good fit for these roles, we invite you to attend. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and friendly customer service to guests in diverse food service settings
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Support banquet and catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards throughout all service activities
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, including restaurant, banquet, or catering environments
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to serve efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Experience with food preparation and serving is preferred
- Barista or hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous dietary aide or food industry experience is advantageous
