As a Phlebotomist specializing in Lab Assistance, you will play a critical role in leading and managing lab operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, processing, and shipping lab samples according to IATA and study-specific manuals
- Managing equipment calibrations, temperature logs, and pharmaceutical waste
- Tracking study inventory and preparing "visit kits" for coordinators
- Assisting with medical record retrieval and study documentation
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Knowledge in CMA, CNA, LPN, or Phlebotomy
- 13 years of experience in patient care or a lab setting
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A "zero-error" mindset
- Need 1 year experience in setting
