Position Summary

The Jewelry Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a personalized and memorable shopping experience for every customer. This position is ideal for someone with prior sales or customer-facing experience who enjoys building relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding customers through meaningful purchases.

You will develop expertise in fine jewelry while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, high-touch customer experience from initial greeting to final sale
• Guide customers through jewelry selections based on style, occasion, and budget
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business
• Demonstrate product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and design features
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
• Process transactions accurately, including financing options if applicable
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer profiles
• Assist with merchandising, inventory organization, and showroom presentation
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including secure handling of merchandise
• Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience required (retail sales preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability or desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Professional presence with a customer-first mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
