KS2 Technologies is looking for a JD Edwards Service Delivery Leader to take the reins of our delivery engine-leading a 50+ person team of consultants across projects, managed services, and cloud implementations. What You'll Do:

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll drive success across client engagements, internal teams, and strategic initiatives. You will:

• Own delivery excellence across JD Edwards, Managed Services, and Cloud teams.
• Lead and develop a consulting organization of over 50 employees and contractors.
• Partner with sales, clients, and internal leaders to align delivery with business goals and client outcomes.
• Spearhead capacity/resource planning, utilization optimization, and project forecasting.
• Bring thought leadership to life via trade shows, webinars, and training initiatives.
• Be the face of KS2 to our key clients and technology partners like Oracle and ReportsNow.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 10+ years in IT leadership, with a strong track record in consulting, delivery, or services.
• Brings deep JD Edwards and Cloud implementation experience-from kickoff to go-live.
• Has mastered resource planning, team leadership, and strategic client engagement.
• Leads with facts, moves with urgency, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Is excited to be a hands-on manager who both mentors and executes.
