My client, a nationwide multi-billion-dollar organization, is adding JD Edwards Professionals to their ERP team. They are seeking a Procurement / Purchasing expert to lead JD Edwards E1 optimization efforts. This role is ideal for a senior professional looking to make a meaningful impact on procurement systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of JD Edwards E1 Procurement / Purchasing module.

• Support end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, and workflows.

• Partner with procurement and project teams to ensure materials and services are purchased efficiently, on time, and within budget.

• Design and improve procurement workflows and best practices in JD Edwards.

• Manage supplier documentation and compliance tracking per company policy.

• Ensure integration with Job Cost, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger for accurate financial reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system usage, reporting, and procurement efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role out of large multi-site organizations.

• 5+ years hands-on JD Edwards E1 Procurement / Purchasing experience.

• Proven experience supporting JD Edwards implementations, integrations, and system enhancements.

• Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle processes and vendor management.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of system implementation lifecycles and change management processes.

• Familiarity with SOX compliance and data privacy standards.
