Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite interview required)

Employment: Fulltime

Hiring Process:

• Round 1: Technical interview + Mandatory Coding Test
• Round 2:Face-to-face interview onsite (Jersey City, NJ)

Mandatory Skills

Candidates must have hands-on project experience with:

• Java (Core Java)
• Spring & Spring Boot
• Microservices architecture
• Kafka
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Maven)
• JUnit
• JSON

Additional mandatory requirement:

• Knowledge of Hadoop & Spark (required for coding test)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Angular (preferred)
• Spark (already required, but advanced experience is a plus)
• App Engine
• Experience with application servers
• Exposure to cloud-native architecture (Cloud experience is not required, but useful)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality, efficient, and testable application code.
• Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Lead technical design, development, troubleshooting, and documentation for multi‑platform systems.
• Build REST-based microservices and integrate with external/internal APIs.
• Create flowcharts, architectural diagrams, and documentation for solution design.
• Maintain existing applications, resolve technical issues, and reduce technical debt.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
