Job Description:
Java-based Credit Card applications deployed on AWS
Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, major outages, and Sev1/Sev2 events
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL, IBM, and bank standards
Drive root cause analysis (RCA), post-incident reviews, and corrective/preventive actions
Monitor application health, performance, and availability using APM and cloud monitoring tools
Support release, deployment, and production readiness activities, including change approvals
Partner with cloud, security, and DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient operations
