4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

7:30pm to 3:00AM
Job Summary:
Action Cleaning Services’ Janitorial Supervisor plays a primary role in the effectiveness and quality of personnel performing work on client sites. They are responsible for training cleaning staff and ensuring that customers receive quality-consistent services regardless of the individual’s experience.

Essential Functions:
- Train cleaners on janitorial cleaning standards
- Understand site instructions and MSD sheets and ensure they are current, onsite, and being followed
- Train janitors on site specific instructions and scopes
- Perform track planned and unplanned site inspections
- Address customer specific cleaning concerns and questions
- Review site hour budgets and monitor variances
- Respond to employee calls while on shift
- Relay requests for employee schedule changes, time off, and leaves of absence to Operations Manager
- Communicate safety concerns and actively participate in safety meetings, report safety concerns
- Manage site keys
- Manage, order and track equipment supply and consumables at job site
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties as requested or assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience
- Supervisor experience
- Ability to effectively communicate, both spoken and written
- Self-motivated and continual improvement minded
- Approved criminal background
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge in the following areas:
- Proficient with emails, spreadsheets, and word processing programs.
- Ability to read, and write reports, and site instructions.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees.
- Self-motivated and able to identify problems or things that don't make sense and provide solutions.
