Job Responsibilities:

• Manage janitorial staff and oversee the cleaning operations of the company.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.
• Train and supervise janitorial staff to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Inspect the facilities regularly to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs.
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Handle budgeting and ensure cost-effective cleaning operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to address any special cleaning requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing janitorial or cleaning operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a janitorial management role.
• Experience in budgeting and inventory management.
• Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.
