Role and Responsibilities:
Are you ready to keep things squeaky clean and shining bright? We're looking for a Janitor to join our team! As a Janitor, you'll be the superhero of sanitation, ensuring our space is always tidy and welcoming.
* Work with a team that primarily composed of individuals with disabilities.
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum like a pro.
* Keep restrooms fresh and stocked.
* Empty trash and recycling bins with a smile.
* Help maintain a spotless environment that everyone loves.
* Attention to detail.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable and punctual-because cleanliness waits for no one!
Qualifications:
* Work well with others and be supportive.
* Be willing to learn new tasks.
* Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
* No experience needed
Physical Demands:
* Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cleaning supplies.
* Spend long hours standing and walking during cleaning tasks.
* Frequently bend, kneel, and crouch to clean floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
* Perform repetitive tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
* Hand -eye coordination for operating cleaning equipment and tools.
* Reasonable accommodations can be made.
Environmental Demands:
* Work in various environments, including offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
* Possible exposure to heat, cold, rain, or snow while performing outdoor tasks.
* Use of cleaning chemicals; must follow safety guidelines.
