A Brief Overview:
The IT Training and Support Specialist I at Endeavor Health is an entry-level role responsible for delivering and supporting training solutions on EMR and other technology platforms. This position focuses on learning core systems, providing end-user support, and delivering established training programs under guidance. Training delivery methods include classroom instruction, web-based learning, one-on-one coaching, and creating training documents/tools. The Specialist I acts as a liaison between IT, Operations, and end-users to promote adoption, improve workflows, and ensure smooth daily operations.
What you will do:
- Assists with designing, developing, and maintaining training strategies, class curricula, and support documentation.
- Supports small projects as assigned.
- Assists with testing and troubleshooting of EMR and technology systems.
- Remains updated and learns new technologies and methods for training delivery.
- Supports and delivers training onsite and virtually (one-to-one, classroom, and group settings) with oversight.
What you will need:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years in healthcare or relevant industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new applications.
• Foundational instructional and facilitation skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with end-users.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
