Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, providing timely and effective troubleshooting via ticketing system, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues across a variety of devices and platforms.
  • Support employees with account setup, password resets, application access, and system configurations.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate vendors or senior IT team members as needed, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies, including multi-factor authentication, data protection, and endpoint security.
  • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides to empower employees and streamline support.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be a citizen of the United States

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude and a passion for IT are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows and macOS environments; experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, or remote desktop tools; familiarity with concepts (VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the broader team.
