Job Details
We are actively seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing top-tier technical support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems. This position is a unique opportunity to work with a team of passionate professionals and to be part of an organization that values technology and its role in business success.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing top-level technical support, including troubleshooting hardware issues and resolving technical problems in a timely and accurate manner
2. Overseeing the maintenance of IT systems, hardware, and networks, ensuring their optimal performance
3. Update and maintain computer systems and networks, Office 365, VoIP systems, etc.
4. Working closely with end-users to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT processes and systems
6. Managing relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality products and services
7. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks, VoIP phones, printers, and scanners
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles
2. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
3. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
6. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
