Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1)Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and application problems.
2) Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
3)Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
4)Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.

Required Qualifications:
1)Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2)1 4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
3)Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
4)Good communication and customer service skills.
