Description
Engage in multiple projects with deliverables focused on performance and capacity management.
Review technical documentation to identify infrastructure impacts.
Collaborate with support teams to provide performance and capacity forecasts.
Analyze performance testing results to interpret capacity thresholds.
Support capacity-related business as usual activities associated with audit requirements.
Provide data analytics and capacity forecast models.
Communicate capacity summaries to partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in risk and regulatory management activities.
Consult on performance and capacity impacts for projects.
Work with support teams to create forecasts and models for system components.
Review performance testing results for capacity analysis.
Support business as usual capacity activities related to audits.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in IT Capacity Management.
Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
Understanding of mathematical/statistical and quantitative analytics.
Familiarity with ITIL capacity management best practices and COBIT framework.
Ability to foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing.
