IT Project Manager – Software Implementation
$100-130/hour| Contract, part time

What You’ll Do
As the IT Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a software implementation , ensuring the project stays on track, on budget, and delivers measurable results. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for the system migration
- Act as the bridge between IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to align goals and expectations
- Oversee data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance processes
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep the project moving forward
- Track progress, report updates to leadership, and ensure project deliverables are met
- Provide post-migration support, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Technical & Professional Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical understanding and strong leadership skills. Ideal qualifications include:
- IT Project Management experience, ideally in software implementation or enterprise system implementations
- Proven success with ERP, CRM, or servicing platform migrations
- Skilled in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- PMP or Agile certification a plus
