Description
Review end-of-life instances and ensure plans are established.
Collaborate with teams to address missed plans and determine new timeframes.
Create executive updates as needed to escalate watch items and breaches.
Manage project scheduling, planning, and tracking of multiple activities.
Analyze large data sets to identify trends and issues for actionable items.
Create reports on unaligned volumes and actions taken.
Communicate process requirements clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Review and ensure plans for end-of-life instances.
Collaborate to address and remediate missed plans.
Create updates for executive escalation of issues.
Manage project schedules and track multiple activities.
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Create and provide reporting on actions taken.
Communicate process requirements effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in project management and scheduling.
High-level understanding of applications and dependencies.
Strong analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification.
Advanced skills in Excel.
Proactive approach to suggest improvements in planning.
