IT Project Manager

IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, KY. This role involves overseeing IT projects with a focus on HR, Payroll, and Finance systems within a dynamic organization. The company operates in the technology and financial services industry, emphasizing project delivery and process improvement.

Position Overview for the IT Project Manager :

• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
• Develops project plans and drives milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Establishes effective communication with project teams and stakeholders
• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources
• Ensures effective change management and documentation throughout projects

Requirements for the IT Project Manager :

• PMP certification required
• Experience in HR, Payroll or Finance IT Projects
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple project stakeholders
