IDR is seeking a IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, KY. This role involves overseeing IT projects with a focus on HR, Payroll, and Finance systems within a dynamic organization. The company operates in the technology and financial services industry, emphasizing project delivery and process improvement.
Position Overview for the IT Project Manager :
- Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation
- Develops project plans and drives milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Establishes effective communication with project teams and stakeholders
- Provides day-to-day direction to project resources
- Ensures effective change management and documentation throughout projects
Requirements for the IT Project Manager :
- PMP certification required
- Experience in HR, Payroll or Finance IT Projects
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple project stakeholders
