Required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and user story development.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrums.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce platform and application lifecycle management.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and project tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of licensing, regulatory, or compliance-based systems.
- Experience in government or public sector projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of Cannabis Regulatory Industry (highly preferred).
