Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the high availability, security, and performance of IT and OT systems critical to manufacturing operations.
• Manage and optimize the company's ERP, MES, WMS, and other production-critical software applications.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and cybersecurity defenses across the plant and office.
• Lead IT projects from conception to implementation, focusing on efficiency improvements and technological advancements for manufacturing processes.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans to maintain operational continuity and data integrity.
• Provide technical support and strategic guidance to manufacturing teams, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for technology leverage.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and strategy within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA).
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT teams, manage projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices relevant to operational technology (OT).
• Experience aligning IT solutions with production goals, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with major manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor)
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, PLCs, and MES
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with Industrial IoT (IIoT) implementations or data analytics in a production setting
