Job Details
We are looking for a Senior IT Operations Manager to oversee the delivery, stability, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role reports directly to the Director of Information Systems and is responsible for operational planning, service delivery, incident response, and team leadership. You will manage systems across network, cloud, endpoints, and help desk while driving standards, policies, and process improvements that support efficiency and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include operational oversight, cybersecurity support, vendor management, asset management, budget participation, and coordination of technology projects.
The position requires experience managing teams, supporting hybrid cloud environments, and working within regulated settings such as healthcare. Familiarity with network technologies, operating systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT service management is essential. This is a full-time remote role with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.
