IT, Finance Coordinator

The IT Finance Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the financial and operational execution of IT capital initiatives across our global locations. This position is responsible for endtoend coordination of IT capital projects—from initial project submission through project closure—ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely financial progress.
This role will collaborate closely with IT leadership, procurement, Project Managers, and suppliers to maintain strong financial controls and deliver consistent project spend oversight.

General Responsibilities

· Manage the full lifecycle of IT capital projects—from initial submission and documentation through procurement, tracking, reconciliation, and project closure.

· Prepare and submit capital project requests and associated purchase requisitions, ensuring all financial details, approvals, and documentation meet corporate and site requirements.

· Monitor and track purchase orders, shipments, delivery confirmations, asset receipt, and inventory updates across global locations.

· Track and reconcile all projectrelated invoices, ensuring accurate posting, proper allocation, and auditready financial records.

· Monitor capital spend and project budgets, providing quarterly status updates and supporting annual planning, forecasting, and budget reconciliation.

· Coordinate project closure activities, ensuring all financial transactions, assets, and inventory records are validated and completed.

· Support global IT inventory coordination through reconciliation activities, asset tracking, and resolution of discrepancies with site teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• A university degree (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 
  
• 2–4 years of finance coordination, project coordination, procurement, or related experience.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of purchase requisition processes, invoice workflows, and budget tracking.
• 
  
• Proficiency with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Coupa, etc.).
• 
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage the tracking of projects simultaneously in a global environment.
• 
  
• High attention to detail and strong problemsolving capabilities.
• 
  
• Proficient in Excel and data tracking.
