Position Overview:
This role involves overseeing IT operations in outpatient radiology imaging centers and associated offices in Temecula, CA.
The position is contract-based, requiring on-site support for various systems and equipment.
The specialist will handle user issues through multiple communication channels and ensure smooth IT operations by collaborating with leadership and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
Resolve issues and manage service tickets, maintaining records in a tracking system.
Visit locations to address and resolve IT issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Work with vendors to escalate and resolve network and telecom issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, and network operations.
Proficiency in problem resolution and Microsoft Windows systems.
Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed.
