Job Summary:
• The role of an IT Field Operations Specialist involves ensuring IT operations success across various outpatient centers in the Temecula, CA region.
• This contract position requires providing user support for a range of systems and equipment, including generic office software and hardware.
• The specialist will engage in troubleshooting, implementation, and proactive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to assess and meet business hardware and software needs.
• Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the assigned area.
• Visit sites to identify and resolve IT issues, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment and software.
• Maintain knowledge of systems and ensure security and inventory management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT Support experience.
• Strong operational and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of network operations and personal computer software.
• Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
• Flexibility to travel and a valid driver's license with insurance.
