Job Description:
Located in Fresno, CA, this onsite contract position involves supporting IT operations across outpatient imaging centers.
The role requires troubleshooting various systems and equipment, with a focus on maintaining smooth IT operations.
Candidates should be adept with general technology systems and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess and meet hardware and software needs.
Monitor and resolve service tickets and issues in the assigned area.
Visit sites to address and resolve IT issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Work with vendors to manage network and telecom issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or 5 years of IT support experience.
Strong operational, analytical, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, and network operations.
Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
