Job Description/Responsibilities:

IT EDI ERP Developer

Drive Integration. Enable Growth. Power Enterprise Systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT EDI ERP Developer to play a critical role in advancing our enterprise technology ecosystem. This position is at the center of our ERP and EDI strategy—designing, building, and optimizing integrations that keep our business running efficiently and seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

 Lead ERP & EDI Integration Excellence

  • Design, develop, and support applications critical to ERP and EDI initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate, secure, and seamless end-to-end transaction flow across ERP and EDI systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve interface, performance, and data integrity issues.

 Develop & Optimize Enterprise Systems

  • Build and maintain applications in iSeries RPG & CL within the AS400 environment.
  • Support and enhance Oracle-based ERP products and integrations.
  • Oversee ERP boundary system integrations to streamline workflows and improve performance.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving expertise to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.

 Support Business Growth Through Technology

  • Lead ERP integration efforts for newly acquired entities into the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
  • Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new distributors into established EDI processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact development initiatives that reduce cost and improve efficiency.

 Leverage Infor & Enterprise Tools

  • Work with Infor products including Workflow, Workspace, and IDF to enhance operations.
  • Configure and manage Create!Form document printing and the Document Imaging system.
  • Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, peer review, and adherence to change management processes.

 Maintain Security & Performance Standards

  • Champion a secure-by-design development approach.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Continuously improve skills and capabilities using the PDS framework to drive high performance.
Qualifications/Requirements:

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience
  • At least 5 years of experience integrating systems within the AS400 environment
  • Strong RPG programming experience (iSeries RPG & CL)
  • Proven experience integrating multiple tools and systems to deliver business solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate across all organizational levels
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends) as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EDI
  • Experience with System 21 ERP software
