Job Description:
- Analyze business and user needs and translate into technical solutions
- Gather and document business requirements, rules, and functional specs
- Provide Level 1 support for all users on ERP related issues
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Develop test scripts and perform system and QA testing
- Support production readiness and deployments
- Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Power Query
- Lead data integrity, reporting, and data migration initiatives
- Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and related tools
- Identify and drive process improvements for operational efficiency
- Manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within scope
- Maintain documentation including specs and user guides
- Provide user training and ongoing support (onsite and remote)
- Support integrations across ERP and business applications (SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA performance
- Conduct security reviews and improvements

- Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools is a plus
- Knowledge of EDI X12 is a plus
- Wholesale distribution experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
