Senior Technical Business Analyst – Digital Products
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 12-month contract
Job Description:
A leading enterprise is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support digital product initiatives. This hybrid role combines Business Analyst and Scrum Master responsibilities and requires strong experience with enterprise websites, digital platforms, and CMS tools (AEM preferred).
Responsibilities
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the Azure DevOps backlog.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers.
- Support UAT planning, testing coordination, and issue tracking.
- Document component requirements and assist with basic CMS content updates (AEM).
- Work closely with Product Owner and engineering on migrations and feature builds.
- 5–8 years in combined BA + Scrum Master roles within digital/website environments.
- Strong experience with AEM or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with UX, SEO, digital analytics, and QA/testing workflows.
- Proficient in ADO or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
