Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a technical product owner/business analyst, where you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires a blend of business and technology skills, along with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical business analyst role in a project-based agile environment
  • Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with agile tools like Jira is preferable
  • Experience working on complex systems and APIs
  • Ability to develop application knowledge by reviewing documentation

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-year experience in a related field

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as the facilitator between Business and IT to understand business needs
  • Lead the planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing of requirements and business processes
  • Work with delivery lead to drive project tasks to resolution and schedule tasks/stories
  • Escalate roadblocks to application management when necessary
  • Conduct system analysis, data mapping, test case design, and implementation planning & support
