Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Business Analyst III. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Experience with Financial Data Systems for Business as Usual (BAU) and Mergers.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-driven, able to multitask, and equipped with strong analytical skills.
• Must be able to quickly learn the business and contribute effectively to team efforts in the first month.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create high-quality user stories following Agile best practices and maintain well-structured documentation.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and business leaders to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Work with development teams to clarify requirements and provide domain knowledge during design and implementation.
• Support project planning, milestones, and deliverables as needed.
