Pengate Handling Systems is hiring for an IS Support Specialist.
What You'll Need:
* Minimum of 2 years experience
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Basic understanding of Windows
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common business applications
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with ticketing systems
What You'll Do:
* Manage help desk tickets
* Providing solutions and advice on technical issues
* Creating manuals for technical training
* Responding to texts, emails, and calls on technical issues
* Documenting and analyzing technical issues and customer interactions
* Set up user accounts, permissions, and devices
* Attending training sessions and conferences to stay current with best practices on how to help customers with technical issues
