What your future day will look like:
- Provide expert Apple support in assisting end users with technical issues across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS through various channels.
- Maintain and secure PC and Mac products with setup, configuration and deployment using MDM tools, while also enforcing security standards like FileVault and Gatekeeper
- Document and collaborate with the team of technology professionals by keeping detailed records and sharing knowledge to promote professional growth.

Type: Temp to Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of IT support experience in professional or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of macOS, iPadOS, and iOS troubleshooting and administration.
- Familiarity with Apple ID management, iCloud services, and MDM enrollment workflows.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
