Key Responsibilities of the Invoicing Specialist
- Process and administer 900–1,000+ high-value customer invoices monthly with unwavering accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with AR supervisor, sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure all billing documentation, three-way matching, and records are correctly compiled and verified
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve billing discrepancies or missing documentation, escalating complex issues as needed
- Leverage Epicor (or similar ERP) and Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, and queries) for efficient data entry, management, and reporting
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, readiness for systems scaling, and cross-training as the company expands
Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)
- Demonstrated high-volume, detail-driven invoicing or billing experience (manufacturing, medical billing/coding, or related sectors strongly preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data accuracy); ERP experience (Epicor or similar) required
- Proven data entry/test accuracy and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic office environment

On-site; Bloomingdale NJ local candidates onlySchedule
- On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; required flexibility to stay late during month-end as needed
