Client: Leading Investment Management Firm  
Role: Investor Relations Analyst   
Salary: $80K - $85K/annually

What you’ll do:

This is a pivotal role where you will act as a bridge between our firm and our valued clients, consultants, and prospects.
You will work closely with the Investor Relations and Business Development teams, collaborating across investment, fund administration, operations, and compliance functions. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with 1–2 years of experience who has a passion for private equity and a talent for clear, impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update DealCloud (CRM) with client records, meeting notes, and updates to ensure data integrity.
  • Investor Communications: Design and execute mass communications; manage inbound inquiries to provide world-class support to clients and prospects.
  • Content & Design: Assist in producing engaging content for the firm’s website and LinkedIn; update investor presentations and marketing materials.
  • Data & Reporting: Update third-party databases with performance information and maintain the team’s internal deliverables status reports.
  • Strategy Support: Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies and platform to better support IR activities.
  • Special Projects: Support the team with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
  • Education: Four-year college degree required.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within financial services or asset management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are a plus). Experience with DealCloud or similar CRMs is an advantage.
  • Communication: Outstanding writing and interpersonal skills; ability to distill complex information into clear messaging.
  • Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail and a "no task too small" attitude. You should be a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
