Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Investment & Performance Reporting

• Prepare recurring investment and portfolio performance reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Track and analyze fund- and investment-level metrics, including IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and cash flows

• Maintain performance dashboards and reporting templates

Portfolio Analytics & Monitoring

• Monitor portfolio company financial performance against budgets and investment cases

• Analyze KPIs, operating trends, and variance drivers across portfolio companies

• Support quarterly and annual portfolio reviews

Valuation & Data Support

• Assist with quarterly valuation processes in coordination with investment teams and third-party valuation providers

• Support documentation and data preparation for audits and valuation reviews

• Maintain valuation models, assumptions, and historical performance data

Investor & Management Materials

• Support preparation of investor reports, quarterly letters, and performance summaries

• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from investor relations and senior leadership

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across reporting outputs

Process & Systems Support

• Maintain investment data across reporting systems and internal trackers

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, data accuracy, and automation

• Assist with documentation of reporting standards and best practices
