Role Overview
Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Process Analysts to manage and optimize the flow of private market transactions. Analysts focus on deal evaluation, process management, and supporting execution from initial sourcing to handoff to capital partners.

Provide process feedback and improve the efficiency and quality of deal evaluation
Collaborate with analysts and advisors to ensure deals meet platform standards
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
Build a verified track record of process management and deal oversight within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

Facilitate seamless handoff between Deal Scouts, analysts, and capital partners
Note: Analysts are not responsible for sourcing deals, underwriting returns, or raising capital.
