Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Investment Workflow & Process Management

  • Support the end-to-end investment process from deal intake through closing and post-close monitoring

  • Track deal progress across sourcing, diligence, IC approval, and execution stages

  • Maintain standardized investment workflows, checklists, and documentation

Investment Committee & Decision Support

  • Prepare and organize materials for investment committee and portfolio review meetings

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of investment memos and supporting analyses

  • Track IC decisions, conditions, and follow-up items

Analytical & Quality Control Support

  • Review financial models, valuation outputs, and assumptions for consistency with firm standards

  • Assist with downside, sensitivity, and scenario analyses used in decision-making

  • Help identify gaps or inconsistencies in diligence materials

Data, Reporting & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain internal databases for deals, portfolio companies, and investment outcomes

  • Support reporting on pipeline activity, deal metrics, and portfolio performance

  • Contribute to post-investment reviews and process improvement initiatives

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with investment teams, legal, finance, and operations to support deal execution

  • Help align process expectations across teams and external advisors

  • Support onboarding of new investments into portfolio monitoring systems
