Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Investment Systems & Data Infrastructure

• Support and maintain investment tracking systems, databases, and dashboards

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of deal, portfolio, and performance data

• Help improve data workflows across sourcing, diligence, portfolio monitoring, and exits

Reporting & Analytics Enablement

• Assist with recurring investment and portfolio reporting for internal teams and stakeholders

• Support KPI dashboards, performance summaries, and data visualizations

• Translate raw investment data into clear, structured outputs

Process & Workflow Support

• Help document, standardize, and optimize investment-related processes

• Support investment committee workflows, including materials preparation and data validation

• Assist in improving tools used for diligence tracking and decision documentation

Portfolio & Deal Support

• Maintain portfolio company data, operating metrics, and financial inputs

• Support analysis related to follow-on investments, capital events, and exits

• Coordinate with investment and finance teams to ensure data integrity

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with investment professionals, finance, operations, and external service providers

• Support implementation or enhancement of investment technology tools

• Serve as a bridge between analytical needs and operational execution
