• Analyze potential acquisition targets, investment opportunities, and portfolio company performance

• Prepare investment memoranda, IC materials, and client presentations

• Support due diligence processes, including data room review, Q&A tracking, and third-party coordination

• Assist with valuation analyses, return modeling, and capital structure assessments

• Collaborate with senior bankers, PE professionals, and deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
