Position Overview: Provides cross-functional support to the IWS back-office sales and field team
We are seeking a candidate who is well-versed in a wide range of administrative tasks, fast learner, versatile, self-motivated, detail oriented, friendly, thoughtful with a “no task is too big or small” type of mentality. Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel (a plus if you have experience with formulas and v-lookup). Any interest/knowledge about wine will be valued, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Sales & Operations Support
- Manage Sevenfifty and Bevmedia site, including monthly upload files and process
- Manage Monthly Pricebook
- Manage Inventory with EVP adhering to DOH guidelines
- Work with EVP on pricing & allocations, managing relationships with suppliers
- Provide interdepartmental communication for various groups or departments (e.g., Portfolio, Marketing, Pricing, and Education & Events)
Qualifications/ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3 years of experience in inventory control, pricing or brand management
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, teamwork, maturity under pressure, and anticipates and resolves problems
• Demonstrate experience managing complex projects or coordinating large-scale events
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft office
• Wine knowledge a plus
Salary: Range - $65-80k annual: Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, which may include professional experience, educational background, certifications, and level of industry-specific knowledge.
