Job Details

Position Overview

The Inventory Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory management across warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution. This role requires hands-on experience managing high-volume inventory environments and coordinating across multiple warehouses or distribution sites.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee inventory control processes across one or multiple warehouse locations
Manage receiving, stocking, transfers, and shipping operations
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes
Coordinate inventory flow between warehouses and distribution channels
Partner with purchasing and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels
Analyze inventory trends, demand, and turnover to improve efficiency
Identify and resolve discrepancies, shrinkage, and process gaps
Implement and improve inventory control and warehouse procedures
Utilize ERP/WMS systems to track inventory and generate reporting
Train, supervise, and support warehouse and inventory staff
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices

Qualifications
3–7+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Experience overseeing warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations preferred
Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and warehouse workflows
Proven ability to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and inventory reporting tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
